Dover at the “Digital InCongressdustry 2025”

We are pleased to share a recap of our participation in the “Digital Industry 2025” Congress, held at the e-xpand Arena in São Paulo, Brazil.
During the event, Dorian Cruz, Dover’s Director of Operations, delivered a joint presentation with Eleni Bonfim, Digital Area Leader at Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil, where they shared insights on digital transformation and innovation in the industry.
The congress brought together professionals from various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services, among others, establishing itself as one of the most relevant gatherings focused on industrial digitalization.
Congratulations to the entire team on this outstanding participation, which reinforces Dover’s commitment to innovation and leadership in digital transformation!

Growth is only sustainable when there is clarity, culture, and people at the center

This week, we held our 2026 Communication Meeting, a key space to reinforce strategic alignment, transparency, and Dover’s organizational culture.

During the meeting, we shared the main topics shaping the present and future of the company, including:

  • Our organizational culture and way of working
  • The structure and growth of the organization
  • The strategic objectives of each area
  • Planning and development as the foundation for business evolution

Today, Dover is a growing organization, operating in Mexico and Brazil, increasingly structured, professional, and prepared to face market challenges. This growth goes hand in hand with a clear vision of governance, shared responsibility, and teamwork.

We also reaffirmed that human capital is one of the company’s most important assets. We believe that caring for people, developing talent, and building healthy, collaborative work environments are essential to achieving sustainable, long-term results.

We continue moving forward with focus, clarity, and a shared vision, building Dover’s future with responsibility and commitment.

At Dover, celebrating the end of the year also means celebrating our culture.

Last week, we brought our team together to kick off the year-end festivities in a gathering that reflected the best of our identity: creativity, integration, and a collaborative spirit that drives us every day.

As part of the program, we held a special tribute to the world of radio, where multidisciplinary teams previously prepared jingles inspired by well-known brands. The winning proposals — dedicated to Balenciaga, Dulces Vero, and Nintendo — clearly showcased the talent and strength of the collective work that powers our operations in Mexico and Brazil.

Amid celebrations, activities, and many spontaneous moments, we reinforced what defines us as an organization: creating together, working with excellence, and maintaining a light, authentic, and connected energy — the true work hard, play hard spirit.

We close this cycle with pride in everything built throughout 2025 and with the confidence that 2026 will be even more Dover: more creative, more integrated, and even stronger.

“They Give Us So Much More” The Partnership Between Dover and Best Buddies Strengthens Inclusion and Social Impact

Dover, in collaboration with the Best Buddies Mexico program and with the support of the Telmex Telcel Foundation, has strengthened its efforts in inclusion in recent years by providing employment opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities and contributing to an improved quality of life.
Best Buddies is an international organization present in more than 45 countries, dedicated to promoting social inclusion and the development of people with intellectual disabilities by connecting young people with companies and communities and supporting their integration into the labor market.
Last week, we welcomed the Best Buddies team to our offices. In addition to learning more about our operations, they were especially pleased to see firsthand the positive results this collaboration has generated over time.
During the visit, they also expressed strong interest upon learning that Dover has a presence in Brazil, even considering the possibility of expanding this partnership to that country in order to extend the program’s impact.
As highlighted by Gema Del Bosque, Dover’s Director of Human Resources:
“It has been a wonderful surprise to see Dover join forces with this organization. One might think that, as a company, we are the ones providing support, but in reality, it is they—the young people who work with us—who have given us so much more.”
We reaffirm our recognition and gratitude to everyone involved in this valuable initiative. This program not only transforms lives, but also enriches our culture and strengthens the purpose that drives us as a company.
